Twelve high-contrast thread colours (the deliberate opposite of the garment), six large-eye sashiko needles for thick stranded work, six round cotton patches and four twig-stitch templates. The 26-page PDF teaches sashiko grids, fern stitch and woven darning, plus how to choose contrast rather than match.
