Shipping Policy

Where we ship to, how long it takes, what it costs, and how duties and taxes are handled.

Where we ship from

§1

All orders are dispatched from our studio in Elgin, Scotland (IV32 7DE). Most orders leave the studio within 1–2 business days. We ship Monday to Friday only — orders placed at the weekend dispatch on Monday.

Duties and import taxes

UK and EU orders include all applicable VAT and duties at checkout — no surprise charges on delivery. EU orders under €150 use IOSS; orders over €150 may incur additional duty collected at the border.

United States, Canada, Australia and the rest of the world ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Any import tax or duty is collected by your local customs authority on arrival and is your responsibility. We declare the true value on the customs form — we do not under-declare.

We are not liable for orders refused at customs. Refused orders that are returned to us will be refunded minus the cost of return shipping.

Carriers

UK: Royal Mail Tracked 48 / Tracked 24. EU and Rest of World: Parcelforce, Royal Mail International Tracked or DHL eCommerce, depending on weight and destination. You receive a tracking number by email when your parcel leaves the studio.

Lost or delayed parcels

We treat a parcel as lost when it has not moved for 10 business days (UK), 15 (EU) or 25 (rest of world). If your parcel passes that threshold without an update, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement at our cost or refund in full.

Wrong address

§6

Please double-check the shipping address before paying. If the carrier returns a parcel because the address was wrong or no one was available to receive it, we will refund the goods (not the original shipping) once we receive the parcel back. We can re-ship for the cost of new postage.
